i also tend to start off by counting how many miles i run a week and consider that my goal as opposed to getting to a desired pace or whatnot. eventually yr body adapts and both yr pace and mileage improve. 🖤

absolutely invest in some good running shoes if you haven’t already (i like brooks)— even if you don’t end up using them as much as you’d like, you can use them at work or going to the store and they’ll still be v comfy and reduce yr overall fatigue.
