I don't think there is any relationship between transgender actions and anti-transgender laws. They use people who are not trans as proof that trans people should be banned from bathrooms, healthcare, and guns. We are clearly not the problem and we don't need to denounce murder or celebrate nazis.

trans people are broke (me the provider included) and private practice has high overhead and can't often use insurance, private practice has to charge a pretty high fee just to break even. insurance regulations are choking out the existence of private practice in medicine as a whole
