We had the opportunity to examine a Chilean mummy that was found about 500 years ago and corresponds to an Incan prince. Now it is under care of The Natural History Museum

The fantastic overview of Dr Eve Lowenstein (great talk at AAD this year also) settles the horizon of this interdisciplinary science, as "the study of integuments and its diseases as found in former remains"
