By the time I get to Second Breakfast at 10:15, I've already been working for 4 hours. There's a weird joy in just walking away from the computer in the middle of the morning and having a bonus meal. Highly recommend.

LG fridge, but I'd also heard Samsung horror stories.

Maybe LG has improved, though. When we moved to a new house in 2021 it had all new LG appliances and the fridge never gave me any issue.

True story: I took the teen to Walgreens for a booster a couple of years ago. "Why are we coming here for this?" he asked. I was confused. I mean, why not?

Turns out that he had spent his entire life assuming that Walgreens was a produce/fresh food division of Walmart.

Have you checked with your local master gardener program? Every state has one and they generally have lots of information about native plants in your area.

That. Exactly. It's just one too many bureaucratic things for me.

Honestly, the complexity of operating an independent storefront seems daunting to me. This is why I don't sell my own book independently.

I love how this news is hidden behind the two cutest little mice I've ever seen.

Probably closer to Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton. The colleges have brought a lot of life to that area.

The coverage of the MOVE bombing played a massively formative role in my childhood.
