So, with the Global Privacy Control signal being sent for a while from my browser I have now encountered two separate websites that are designed to automatically honor this signal.
NVidia does so when you log in (it automatically changes your privacy settings to opt-out) and now Pew.

It looks like he is committed to the idea that it's impossible that these people mean it as a symbol for a fascist revolution.
I can't read the whole thing, but he even doesn't appear to know what "trolling" means (he has a whole paragraph on it).
