Here in Massachusetts, we’re working to join Illinois and become the 14th Clean Slate state! Bills #S1114, #H1811, #S1124, and #H1693 can help the 523,000+ MA residents who are eligible for record sealing finally move forward.

It’s time to finish what we started and bring Clean Slate home! 💜💛

Business leaders, advocates, and legislators came together to make the economic and business case for Clean Slate laws — showing that second chances are not only just, but smart policy for our communities and economy. Together, we’re building a stronger, fairer Commonwealth. 💪

Editor's Note: The correct number of people in MA who will be given a second chance through Clean Slate legislation is more than 520,000 people. The number quoted in the graphic is incorrect.
