Are menstrual cups BAD for your pelvic floor muscles? Recent studies indicate that for many women, using a menstrual cup might actually improve muscle function and relaxation in the pelvic floor! 🙌 But always remember: Everyone's body is different and further research is needed.

Over 37 million Nigerian women of menstruating age do not have access to sanitary pads due to financial constraints. That's it, that's the post. Health is a fundamental human right. That needs to include menstrual health.
