Rainfall totals for Fort Collins and the adjacent foothills through 5pm. Everyone in FOCO got more than 1-inch and an absurd 4.5 inches north of Rustic at 8500 ft elevation. Second time in 8 days with 1-inch plus rainfall in FOCO. Normal precip for all of September is only 1.25 inches. #cowx
