I can understand if something changed from the time I got the diagnostic to the time I got it in service, but the diagnostic and service are hours apart.

I've got a diesel truck that has an injector malfunctioning. already know which one it is. it's the only major problem. I already have it documented it's the problem.they are ignoring that so they can charge 2 additional hours of labor to print the same paper.
