7th grade class photo, Fall 1972. I am the front left. Sister Marianne, a crazy (not in a good way) nun was our homeroom teacher (back row, right). Formerly taught at a military academy! Note the bulletin board: "Others First". We should still keep that in mind. s. #AT40

The Beefeaters at the Tower of London said the same to me last year. Perhaps because I grew up 10 minutes from the border, eh? Elbows up! 🇨🇦🍁

#AT40 is 10/31/1970? No Halloween pic in my archives, but here is one of my mom and me around that time. Dig my culottes! I will miss the fun, as I am going to yoga Saturdays thru the end of the year. And, "Elbows up," Go Jays!

You are my age, but I was a band geek in Fall 1977... with jazz band here I am on Vibes... #AT40.. Fun fact, the guy on the left is a well-known drummer/producer, working with Buddy Guy, Susan Tedeschi, and others. He was a phenom in 8th grade.

#AT40 I went to a cool event in Boulder at eTown Hall's "The Talk of Our Town". Nick Forster interviewed the legendary Jim Guercio, who shared his history in music as well as the launch of Caribou Ranch studio up in Nederland. Chicago, Elton, BST, Fogelberg, and many more recorded there.

June 1976 I became a Godmother to my niece. I look scared of the priest here, who was speaking Polish! Was I missing an instruction??? The summer was kind of a dud except I got my learner's driving permit that August! Sure did love driving the '76 Caprice around with the radio up loud! #AT40

Sept 1979, in college, was over being the studious freshman and dove into the wilds of my sophomore year. Generic cases of beer were a thing. #AT40

First semester at college, radio was less important than discovering your dorm-mates record collections and deep cuts. Plus, I played guitar, and was pretty fixated on acoustic guitar and playing in the stairwells for good echo. #AT40

"Let the Good Times Roll at BJ's, Fredonia, USA," as engraved in 1982 with ballpoint on the wooden ladies room door at our awesome college bar. Long may it run.
