Uh... It's the opposite. It helps prevent voter fraud, in which the US has been doing for years. I am in huge favor of this because it's mainly the illegal immigrants who are voting on our elections. They shouldn't, and it's always been law, but states don't follow it. Vote Yes to it.

Immigration is different than illegal immigrants.
Those who do it illegally get to live for free by our taxpayers and those who legally immigrate get to be punishd. Not fair.
