Was just glancing at my recently watched on Letterboxd and I noticed that the covers for All That Heaven Allows and Written on the Wind are VERY similar. Both feature Rock Hudson in a clench with the title just below. Both are by Universal.

Bokosuka Wars is a Japan-exclusive that you can find translations for, but you don't really need them. The game is apparently considered by many to be kosuge (shitty game) in Japan, but I like it. You control an ever-growing and shrinking army and are trying to take back the kingdom.

One that is not an arcade port is Portopia Serial Murder Case. This is a point-and-click adventure game that was never released in the US. You can find translations of it though. This game kicked off an entire genre that I don't particularly like much, but it is pretty good in it's own right.

Another arcade port is Pooyan. In this one, you're a mommy pig trying to shoot down wolves who are floating up in balloons to ear your kids.

Combat-style tank shooters have come a long way by 1985 with Battle City. In this one, your tank can shoot down brick walls, and you have a base to protect. Different kinds of enemies as well, some of which require multiple hits to kill.
