Certes le titre est honteux, mais la décision du magistrat l'est tout autant. Un truc comme ça, normalement, ç'aurait été classé sans suite dès la frame 1.

It's an another iteration of the so-called "clean warfare". A projectile without explosives: just a heavy tube (~100 lbs) equipped with retractable blades, propelled and guided like a missile. It can pierce vehicles, cutting their occupants to pieces.
