THAT WAS THE DEAL we've just been making good on our end of it for these 3 years. Ukraine doesn't need to be THANKFUL to us for fulfilling an obligation; least of all to trump who denied aid unless false charges were brought against Biden, in other words unless he got Z to commit a crime for him.
