If we reverse the situation and place the ice agent in the vehicle is it still the position of DHS that the person outside the vehicle would be legally allowed to shoot the ice agent for fear of bodily harm or death while he’s driving off? This is the question we need to force them to answer!

Now imagine a United States military soldier in place of the suspected drug runner. Do you really think our men and women will be treated by the rules of engagement. All she is doing is condemning our own to being tortured or murdered. They will treat ours (or us) like we treated theirs.
