Smooth auto-configured virtual displays based on client capabilities and properties is the main draw for me.

Have been playing with this tech for a few years at this point and it keeps getting better and better. You can run into some hurdles here and there w.r.t. host displays, HDR, resolution, framerate, etc. but since switching over to the Sunshine fork Apollo, it's been smooth sailing.
