I kind of agree on this one. I was born and raised in Italy and worked hard to learn the language. I am fully fluent in both. I have to admit that it bothers me immensely when I visit places (stores, some neighborhoods etc ) and people don’t speak English.

It will be telling, when data is in, to see how much money it will be saved. I doubt it will make any impact.

I’m really saddened about the current state of affairs. I’m a naturalized citizen (born in Italy) and moved here in 2000. This just doesn’t feel like the same country I came to then. If things don’t get better in the next four years, I’m seriously thinking about moving my whole family to Europe.
