He knows NOTHING. Nothing about how this country works or has worked. Did he ever bother to earn about the US Constitution or the structure of our government? Would he run his businesses the way he is running the government? If yes, then I would NEVER buy a single share of stock in his companies.

I for one am stunned that 4 justices voted NO. What world do they live in? This money had been appropriated by CONGRESS and the Executive doesn't have the power to not spend it, especially in light of the Impoundment Act of the 1970s.
