It seems #TAR40 will be an all-star season that we are waiting for an entire returning racers season for the first time in 16 seasons. Filming of TAR40 is scheduled to take place next summer, around June to July next year.

I would say that Survivor 49 will premiere in last Wednesday of September (September 24), assuming TAR38 would premiere on the same date for 12 episodes until a season finale by December 10. Survivor 49 finale is scheduled for December 17.

Earlier seasons had mandatory 12-hour rest periods during the Pit Stop. Season 7 first introduced a non-mandatory rest into an exceed between 14 to 44 hours of rest as it has practiced in later seasons and beyond. The first Botswana leg in that season had only 16 hours between those legs.
