Ours was purchased during Covid when our oven broke down and there were no parts for 3+mo.
So we invested in a large air fryer/convection oven/ broiler / toaster to get us through. It’s great but size of large microwave.

Yay! This is just in time on my feed, as I just scored tons of gorgeous and cheap cauliflower heads.

I can say that in the last 15 years I’ve been able to make a plant based, (& healthier, high in essential nutrients and vitamins, protein, iron), version of all most food.
My energy level, cardio & body have been thanking me since). Same delicious but with plants. You should give it an honest try!
