20 years ago I was at the 10 year anniversary memorial of Selena Quintanilla in Corpus Christi, her home town. The streets were packed. How that many more years have passed since 2005 is its own mystery. You owe it to yourself to listen to her beautiful voice.

There was no joy in my family. My 13 month old uncle. When I hear people being flippant about their kids getting it I always think of him and how it affected my family the rest of their lives. There were no vaccines in 1937.

Back in 2020 when we all stayed home throughout the year I decided to cook some meals I
hadnt cooked in a while. One dish was a quiche. Used to make them all the time. 5 years later I had gotten away from it but today I made one and it turned out superb! Broccoli and bacon. 😋
