Well done—looks…great!?

Memoir 44 today with my son — Pointe du Hoc. The Allies (my son) won despite not actually achieving their objectives of reaching the hidden guns they destroyed enough Germans to win, though the bunker on the Pointe itself remained undefeated.

Started painting some Warzone Bauhaus guys.

Another game of Memoir ‘44 today against my son. This time I won! 😅 Sword Beach scenario - I played as the Germans.

Basing and undercoating a mix of figures. Mainly old school Warzone but also a random mix of EM4, Foundry Judge Dredd, and Copplestone sci-fi along with some Hasslefree and classic GW. Doing some Warzone as a side project.

I got my copy of Midgard today. I have no immediate plans for it but later this year I would like to play a Warhammer game with it. Kudos to @toofatlardies.bsky.social for getting an Australian stockist which made an Antipodean purchase feasible and I hope CoC v2 is this high quality!

And the Caen scenario… another tough one for the Germans!

Have I caved in and come over to Bluesky? Unsure but I’ll give it a go for now even though I personally don’t have any problem with Twitter (carefully muting and blocking unwanted content seems to keep my personal algorithm more or less totally fine) and I like the format better than Bluesky.
