According to sources, you can't move someone with a Public Safety Factor (PSF) designation - which Maxwell had - without waiving it. That's what happened here.

I am getting a ticket right now from the @LAPD because while I was at a light, I lowered the volume on my hands-free phone while listening to an audiobook. The cop next to me, turn on his light and sent me to a gas station Where he is writing me a ticket. I was operating my phone while driving.!?!?!

Rick Caruso should turn his intact mall into classrooms, FEMA offices and anything else that is needed. A Lululemon is not helpful.

That Rudy is whining that he can’t pay his bills because he has to pay the two Black women he defamed, and not the White billionaire who hasn’t paid him for his work, is next level irony. Kinda like blaming immigrants and poc for why you’re poor, but not the company who won’t pay you a living wage…
