Servicemembers, do not follow unlawful orders.

Do not allow partisans wrapped up in their own culture war compel you to disparage your service by following an unlawful order.

You know what an unlawful order is from the UCMJ.

I do not envy you for facing these times but I do have faith in you.

For over a month, ICE did everything in their power to try to stop us from conducting oversight at the courthouse after reports that detainees were being held in poor conditions.

Today, we got in. Oversight matters. We're not going to stop demanding answers and working to protect our communities.

I talked to Aftyn Behn, who's making a race of a U.S. House seat in and around Nashville that Trump won by 22 points.
Her big proposed bill in the state legislature would have ended grocery taxes in Tennessee and paid for it by stopping corporate tax avoidance. Perfect for the political moment.

Rather than banning cell phones to avoid this wouldn't a better solution be to stop making walls of dead children?

This lawyer was right: these strikes in the Caribbean violate U.S. and international law.

These illegal strikes WILL make Americans less safe – by creating made-for-TV propaganda for our adversaries and by making our allies less likely to work with us.

The vote was 427-1. That's a margin typically reserved for post office namings, not what @isaacdovere.bsky.social writes is "perhaps the biggest defeat of Trump's second term" that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said "ripped MAGA apart."

Here's the backstory of how Rep. Thomas Massie and I did it.
NEW - I spent yesterday with Ro Khanna, as *his bill* passed for the Epstein files release. He explained how he did it, and what that means:

“On one of the biggest things, which is getting MAGA on board, it’s not just ideas. I’m able to get things done.” www.cnn.com/2025/11/19/p...

@lawrenceodonnelljr.bsky.social was gracious to say I made history with the Epstein Transparency Act passing.

But the survivors made history.

And Rep. Thomas Massie and I showed that Congress does not have to be a supplicant to Trump, but is a co-equal branch of government.

Trump caved.

Let's spend more time railing against a rigged system than just memeing against Trump.

So, real Christianity is shooting an unarmed man? Or, is it shooting people getting an abortion? Or is real Christianity taking down people's license plates, recording everyone who drives by, then playing the victim when confronted, AND THEN shooting someone?

We'll figure it out, armchair crusader.
