I always liked “The Supreme Court Rules the Supreme Court Rules” for similar reasons.

In practical terms, it’d have to be at least the cost of arranging the childcare/pickups that I currently can do perfectly well for myself around work. So that’d be £4-5k per year. But beyond that I’d have to think about how do I value the time I’d lose with them?

Definitely allowed. If a keeper gets sent off in the penalty incident I’ve never seen the club prevented from bringing on a sub.

Don’t know if the phrase was current in 1966 but always thought that was such a brave album title. Almost daring reviewers to call it inconsistent.

As a #blackadder aficionado I must point out that it’s Baldrick’s war poems that drew that reaction not a battle plan. But do wonder what teams tactics might be best described by the “German Guns” poem…

Or indeed Bob Dylan:
“And I hope that you die
And your death will come soon
I will follow your casket
By the pale afternoon
And I watch as you’re lowered
Into your death bed
And I’ll stand over your grave
Til I’m sure that you’re dead”

And because of publicly funded further education. Art schools etc. put aspiring creatives together in a place where they could explore their creativity PLUS a sizeable like-minded audience that would reliably attend events at smaller venues.

That’ll teach me for being organised for once. I ordered what I thought was your last tentacle pot at 10:45 this morning and was then smug thinking I’d got in just in time…

I love the idea that it’s a spontaneously improvised song, matches the actual genesis (which you no doubt know) of arising providentially from Picketts Karloff improv

Yep, I’ve always thought it both a song and a dance. Would be easier if they’d included some steps in the lyric, Time Warp/Loco Motion style.

But there is a line in the lyric “they played the Monster Mash”. You can’t play a dance, so I settled on it being a song.

I find it’s the only Seinfeld ep I can get straight into. Any other single one I often find underwhelming (but if I watch the same ep as part of a mini marathon of 3+ and I find it funny). The only one seems that I don’t need to be “in the mood” for it to work.
