She isn’t Mercedes Mone tho when the camera is turned off. The sign was not a comment about her as a person, it’s about the persona she puts forward for us to love or hate. She’s the number 1 female wrestler in the world rn going by wins. Any number 1, especially a heel, is gonna have online heat.

I’m gonna have to disagree there. Wrestling etiquette has always dictated that as long as someone’s personal life isn’t being attacked, anything pointed at a wrestling persona is on the table.
It’s better for Mone in every way to get loud heat than silent reverence.

I say this as someone who appreciates Mone… It’s a wrestling event and Mone is a heel… there’s supposed to be people booing, people loudly jeering, and signs talking smack about her. It’s a fundamental aspect of professional wrestling.

That said - tonight’s tag match was extremely entertaining. The chemistry was on point with everyone in that ring.

After the match, Kyle O'Reilly entered the ring and once again made Jon Moxley tap out.

Kyle then challenged Moxley to a NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH at Full Gear. Another opportunity for Moxley to do what does best.
