The more comfortable and locked in I am when drawing, the better I contour things. My lines become more fluid and organic. I like lines that go SWOOSH and WAOWWOWWOwowow...
I try to get all the rules of drawing as second nature so I can focus on creating a feeling that you are in the drawing

Frank Holl is an almost forgotten master who needs to be remembered; his Dickensian portrayal of the Victorian poor is so moving. He died young at like 43 before his prime. His daughter's recollection of his life paints a picture of an artist troubled by his anxiety (contributing to his early death)

On a digital doodle roll, baby. Did I ever mention on here the impact Transformers One had on me? Michael Bay grabbed my attention as a straight nerdy teen who had never seen a Peterbilt turn into a robot on the highway before, but One grabbed me as a queer adult. Who/what/why are Transformers????
