One-Pan Spanish Chicken & Rice
Probably the best tasting rice I've ever made, it was much more on the spicy side which surprised everyone but it was super tasty and the chicken didn't come out dry so that's a win in my book!

Creamy Smoked Bacon & Parmesan Spaghetti

Minestrone Soup
I think my scale is broken considering it had marked as 200g pasta but was clearly more judging by the left over in the pasta packet, so I'll have to see what to do with that. Aside from that, it came out really tasty and very filling! ☺️

Minestrone Soup
