The little grey jacket did get finished! And i’ve worn it a lot, over dresses, jeans and tops, its lovely and warm. Made from a shawl and trousers I found at Emmaus Mauleron France!

Rosie Trixibelle says Mum its way too cold for me and my ears! Its not snowed but icy windy day again, thankfully dry though. I may hang the washing out later but only if i’m dressed in 5 layers!

A little knitting, the start of a square for my blankets. They make lovely flat squares and I use only thrifted or gifted wool, mainly blues, greys but more recently added some greens too. The dogs adore the blankets as do I! Minus 5 again this morning, the sun is just coming in. #knitting #vienne

A gilet I made last week from a blanket bought from @actionfrance its made of recycled bottles! Made the bias binding (first attempt ever) and edged it. Its so warm perfect for this cold January week. #sewing #sewingproject

Salad for lunch mid January? A strange one for me, found some salad leaves and entre mont cheese on offer anti gaspi, so decided to go through my fridge and added everything and some walnuts and roquefort too. It was delicious! Then went to make roasted veg in the airfryer for tomorrow’s soup.

A little découpage underway this week. The box was given to me as a Christmas present containing sewing threads and a magnetic bowl, really useful for pins! A great gift for us sewing types!
