I cannot see it ever being accepted to cat A but a smashing bird all the same. It's been many years since I saw them in the States

I cannot complain at all. I got some fantastic moths. It just shows that anything can turn up. Light Crimson Underwing was my favourite, especially the morning when there were three of those in the trap plus an Old Lady and an Elephant Hawk-moth. I hope you get Alder Kitten next year!

Thanks! I didn't even see the Umber sitting on the outside of the trap until I had taken it into the porch and emptied it 😄
