We used to get ours a local painting or something similar. We have permanent ones now so don’t have to worry so much!

Thanks Helen. I was going to use the 2024 grade distribution for our yr10 mocks but then hit a wall when I got to the tiers as I wasn’t sure how to allocate grades 3-5! Any advice?

All very well if your target grades are adjusted for languages - we just have one blanket grade for all subjects which means we end up with students feeling even worse about their performance when they miss that grade!
