super intuitive demo! given a sufficient amount of training data, I wonder if you find it more useful to train OCTO as a single foundation model or separate tissue-specific specialist models? since TMEs are so different between cancers

I like this reframing of cell archetypes and the flexibility it allows by turning "cell type" into a combo of quantitative variables! Kind of like blending a palette of colors 🎨
