@lner.co.uk just wanted to say a huge thanks to the staff on the 18.30 Kings Cross to Edinburgh train today. Trainee Robert (in 1st class) was outstanding in challenging circumstances. The team all did fantastically well with a packed train and very busy service due to cancellations. Bravo 👏
