That's what it's like for me with CFS/ME. Alarms don't wake me when I'm like that. It took a while to diagnose, although I'm fortunate that my local hospital (Royal Free Hampstead) has a specialist fatigue clinic.

For me it's having the energy to execute it cos I have CFS/ME. Also, when I've tried to mass produce art in order to sell it to pay for materials, the admin side of things (taxes, postage, sales platform rules, marketing) sucked all the joy out of the creative process.
