Mostly women, particularly women with more than one marriage in their history.

Becoming aware of the long history, how it was stopped or kicked down the road, and "down the road" is "now".

I don't have an action item to go with this.

So, yeah. This is a giant hassle.

As someone who has the same name their whole life, I didn't have to think about it: i walk in, get my ID, and leave.

People who change their name through marriage, eg: divorced and re-married, have to create a step-by-step line of proof of name:
- birth certificate
- marriage certificate
- divorce finalization
- marriage certificate #2
- any new last name between marriage #1 and #2.
