Thinking about how huge the universe is really puts things in perspective. We’re just tiny little specks floating in all that space but what we do still matters. If we show kindness to someone who passes it on, it keeps going. Imagine how far that could reach? How far could that take us?

Years ago, at Dylans Candy Bar in NYC, my son wanted to know why there was a portrait of me made out of jelly beans. It is not me, but it is uncanny how much it looks like me! It is actually Dylan Lauren - the owner of the store.

I enjoy being busy and have a hard time sitting still but sometimes find myself needing moments of zen. It’s easy to get lost in the chaos, but pausing to appreciate the small, peaceful moments helps bring balance and calm amidst the storm. Something I really need at this time.
