Today is #LongCovidAwarenessDay and to get in the spirit I’ve had a bit of a dysautonomia flare. 3.5yrs in I’m now expecting that this is it - this is life, and can only manage it as such. Millions of us in varying states of disability, left behind by collective amnesia and Panglossian thinking
