Hot cod loin curry tonight… with peppers, shallots, garlic, cumin, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon stick, ground coriander, garam masala, hot paprika, tomato purée, fresh ginger, tinned cherry tomatoes, coconut milk, onion bhajis, mango chutney and cauli rice and a tiny smidge of coriander leaves! 🤣🤤😮‍💨💪🏼
