We planted some flowers to specifically entice hummingbird hawk moths to our garden, and yesterday we were treated to a visit. It stayed for ages and it was the best thing. Hoping for more visitors today :)

I have to apply spray everyday, but I do it after morning shower. It’s a routine now!

Do they do a spray version? It soaks in right away and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. I switched to spray oestrogen from patches as they were very itchy and irritating and kept falling off. The spray is the best thing ever. Regulates the hormone intake and I feel so much better!
