Great to see “Feminist Judgments: Reimagining the International Criminal Court” finally published! We found the topic difficult at times, with ALBA's story sparking in us both hope and despair. But getting to share the ups and downs, both personal and intellectual, is part of the beauty of co-authorship and I couldn't have asked for a better collaborator!

For Allende, it was not only lawyers and diplomats who could participate in the making of international law, but also workers and artists, who helped to construct the buildings in which battles between different accounts of international law would take place
