Great to see “Feminist Judgments: Reimagining the International Criminal Court” finally published! In my contribution to the volume, I re-write the ICC's decision on Bangladesh/ Myanmar in a way that foregrounds the experience of Hijra & other gender diverse people: www.cambridge.org/core/books/f...

Great to see “Feminist Judgments: Reimagining the International Criminal Court” finally published! In my contribution to the volume, I re-write the ICC's decision on Bangladesh/ Myanmar in a way that foregrounds the experience of Hijra & other gender diverse people: www.cambridge.org/core/books/f...
We found the topic difficult at times, with ALBA's story sparking in us both hope and despair. But getting to share the ups and downs, both personal and intellectual, is part of the beauty of co-authorship and I couldn't have asked for a better collaborator!
