As Trump plans for mass deportations, he could be hindered by the fact that ICE data shows about half of currently pending deportation orders can’t be carried out. Yeah, told you so.

Under U.S. law, TPS can only be revoked if conditions in a country improve significantly. It would be nearly impossible for Trump and Vance to argue that conditions have improved in places like Haiti, Venezuela, or El Salvador, where instability, violence, and economic crises persist.
