Instead of impeachment, Congress should have immediatey passed an Insurrection Act Resolution in Jan. 2021 which states that Trump violated his oath pursuant to Section 3 of the 14th A. Then, they should've passed a punitive resolution barring him from federal office based on the Amnesty Act.
