Watching the Billy Joel documentary, thinking about when Joel Schumacher and I were writing the screenplay to St. Elmo's Fire, and how we had Billy Joel songs throughout the script. Joel asked if he would play Wally the Bartender at the St. Elmo bar, but we never heard back.
