the fact that a student is interacting with an AI agent casts the accommodation as personalized in some way, but in fact it can only be less personal (coming from a tool which cannot think) than interacting with a professor (who presumably cares about their students)

it's baffling to see the article list out many accommodations which should already be offered by the university or by the INSTRUCTOR THEMSELVES and instead suggest AI should do inevitably less good versions of them

it really shattered the illusion for me and I realized what I had appreciated was a human editor posing as some kind of automated or machine intelligence. the actual veracity of the text coming from its purported source was subordinate to the mechanical turking of it
