There are plenty of alternative apps businesses can use. It not easy and it’s not going to immediately be ‘as good as’ meta but there are options. As an example I’m planning to use the Pixelfed app instead of Instagram and there is plenty of opportunity for business profiles on there. Cheaper too!

Yeah I saw that… I hope they were all just swept up in the moment. But who knows… idk how the American hockey players are supposed to be supportive of Canada in a highly tense game. I think there’s definitely an opportunity for an American hockey player to start a supportive movement somehow.

Yeah, as an American (and big hockey fan) am very proud of Canadians for voicing their opinions. Please continue to do so so the whole world sees what this administration is doing to our allies abroad. Remember that about half the US country is with you in your displeasure!

I’m already in the process of deleting some of Meta’s apps and becoming less dependent on them. I already am using different companies instead of Amazon.
