My youngest doing war on the mirror bush in the ferret enclosure. It was taking over and I can plant some much better shade plants for them for spring.

I didn’t exactly do what @lanyoshandmade.bsky.social said, but in my defence there IS no non worn fabric. Still, this is my favourite shirt to lounge around in so… pretty happy with the one pit.

Went to #hadestown last night! Absolutely amazing! I don’t know who did the lighting design for the show but the effects in some parts were just unbelievable. Go see it if you get the chance, once you hear ‘Wait for Me’ you’ll be so glad you did!

This is Griffin. He’s the ferret equivalent of an octogenarian. Talie feeds him like this most nights because the other ferrets pinch all the dinner and run off with it.

We were housemates in our dodgy youth and her birthday card (which she never forgets because she better than me) always gives me joy.

Impromptu renovations is apparently the answer. My husband laughed at me for a good 10 minutes. I swear I didn’t hit it that hard!

Updated hubby’s greenery with new flowers… also from hubby 😁 my MIL is a florist and while I’d be embarrassed for her to see these, they make me happy 🥰

My lovely husband brought me some Sassafras he picked so I got excited, went outside and picked some of the naked ladies to make a centrepiece for our kitchen table. My MIL is the florist in the family and this is very simple, but it’s had me smiling all day.

I made my own gnocchi for the first time today! I had been gifted a bag of truely tiny potatoes so I thought I’d give it a go. Very very happy with the results and will absolutely make more! #urbanfarming #batereconomy #madeirmyself
