There are few things more gratifying than seeing a cast of characters become real, finally matching what you've imagined, as you painstakingly grind to improve your design and draftsmanship over years. I am so amped to finally have these goobers alive on screen for others to see!

Defending champions is a concept I started developing as I got back into drawing in college, before I had anywhere near the skill to realize it how I imagined it. I revisited it years ago now, only to find that I didn’t feel ready AGAIN!

A couple of months ago I put out a public casting call for voices on a project I've been developing on and off for... a long time. I was BLOWN AWAY at the interest and the quality of the auditions. It is such a gift to hear these characters come to life in the hands of incredible talent!

Maybe my most poignant study yet. Feeling the crushing weight of an imminent week on a Sunday evening. Pushing through the anxiety to deliver a study of a woman holding an hourglass that I decided would look cooler if it was levitating.
