I think you might be right. I am going to say it's the Intel GPU and it's latest updates. I loaded Linux Mint from a USB drive and it runs fine under that on the same hardware so who knows.

Windows 11. I just can not work out what has happened.

I believe it's because some artists don't get paid for their own songs in some cases anymore. If I read right, Living Color did this when they re-recorded Cult of Personality.
