Beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We’ve only been coming here for 6 years and in that time have seen 5 high-rise condos go up in Zona Romantica. Construction workers make between $400-$600 pesos per day ($20-$30 USD).

Wonderful little food tour around Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta today. Favorites were the Tacos Darados (De Papa) at Carnit S Don Gil and and the Tacos Asada at Tacos Mi Esperanza.

Oh, I still do it up, even on vacation. Went to the market, $10 later chips, guac, pico, salsas, and mojitos!

We added a little cutie to our family in December last year. Her name is Midge. She’s a Minuet that was found stray by the Humane Society. She is loving life now and has successfully lost 50 spring toys already! #underthecouch
