There should be swap meets where writers can trade their strengths to make up for their deficiencies. Like, I have a massive backlog of story ideas, but I write at a snail's pace. Can I exchange some of that inspiration for speed?

- Want a rigidly hierarchical pack structure? Why not?
- Want a *hive mind*? Go for it!
The only real requirement is that they shift into wolves/wolf-like creatures.
